Returns
Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of jewelry products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Personal preferences
- Normal wear and tear
All sales are considered final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist you as quickly as possible, please include:

- A description of the issue

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, House of Asteria is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipping.
Because of this, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account.
Sale Items
Items purchased during promotions, sales, or special events are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
